Terms and Conditions – 666 p Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all sections:

By accessing the 666 p Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You also confirm that you agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one 666 p account. Operating multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using another person's identity – is strictly prohibited. 666 p reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold balances if multiple accounts linked to the same individual are identified.

666 p is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures as part of our commitment to preventing fraud, underage gambling and financial crime. You may be asked to verify your identity at any point, including prior to making a withdrawal, after reaching certain deposit thresholds or if our compliance team identifies a reason for additional verification.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC on 666 p include:

• Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• Valid Pakistani Passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months)

Documents must be clear, unedited and in the name that matches your 666 p account registration. Verification is typically completed within one to three business days. Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 666 p reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Member logs in and reactivates the account.

666 p offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prize pools and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Key principles that apply to all 666 p bonuses are set out below.

Welcome Bonus: New Members are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 30 days of account registration.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly. It must be wagered the specified number of times across eligible games on 666 p before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance. Games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements – typically sports betting contributes 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and Ludo contributes 50%.

• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, household, IP address and payment method.
• 666 p reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if abuse, collusion or fraud is suspected.
• Bonus credit is forfeited on account closure regardless of wagering status.
• Free bets and tournament entry credits are valid for the period specified at the time of issue.
• Winnings generated from bonus bets placed with odds below 1.50 (evens) do not count toward wagering requirements.

All bets and wagers placed on 666 p are final once confirmed. The following general rules apply across all products on the Platform:

Cricket Betting: Markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match abandonment, void or no-result declaration, all affected bets are voided and stakes returned. 666 p reserves the right to suspend markets and delay settlement pending official confirmation. Live in-play bets are accepted at 666 p's discretion and may be suspended during critical phases of play.

Virtual Sports: Results are generated by a certified RNG system and are independent of any real-world sporting event. All results are final and displayed immediately after each virtual event. No appeals can be raised on virtual sports outcomes.

Live Casino Games (Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Casino Hold'em): Results are determined by the live dealer's physical actions at a real table streamed via HD video. In the event of a technical stream interruption, 666 p will attempt to resolve and continue the game. If the game cannot be completed, bets may be voided at 666 p's discretion.

Poker: Multiplayer poker games are governed by standard Texas Hold'em, Omaha or relevant variant rules. Card shuffles and RNG-based online games use certified systems. 666 p does not participate as a player in any poker game. Revenue is earned through rake on cash games and entry fees on tournaments.

Ludo: Dice rolls are generated by a certified RNG. Turn timers apply as stated in the game interface. Auto-play activates on disconnection. Results and prize distributions are final once the game concludes.

Maximum Payout: 666 p's maximum payout per Member per day across all products is Rs 500,000 unless prior written agreement has been made for higher limits. Bets that would generate winnings exceeding this limit may be accepted at reduced stake at 666 p's discretion.

666 p is committed to providing a fair, transparent and honest gaming environment for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any software, bot, script, automation tool or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on 666 p.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or display glitches to place bets or claim prizes you would not be entitled to under normal conditions.
• Collusion with other players in multiplayer games including Poker and Ludo on 666 p to manipulate outcomes to the detriment of other Members.
• Bonus abuse – including creating multiple accounts, providing false information or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting requirements or using 666 p as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised in bad faith against deposits made on 666 p.
• Impersonating another Member or any 666 p staff member.

666 p employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where violations are identified, 666 p will act promptly and may share information with relevant authorities where legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666 p's total liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim. 666 p is not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or economic loss.

666 p is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures, hardware failures or software errors on your own device.
• Delays or disruptions caused by your payment provider when processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Decisions you make regarding wagering strategy, game selection or stake sizing on 666 p.
• Force majeure events beyond 666 p's reasonable control.

666 p reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Continued operation of your account presents a legal, regulatory or financial risk to 666 p.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You are under the age of 18 or otherwise ineligible to hold a 666 p account.

In cases of suspected fraud or regulatory breach, 666 p may withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, funds will be returned. If the investigation confirms a breach, 666 p may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your 666 p account at any time by contacting support@666p.wine. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded after KYC verification. Bonus credit is forfeited upon voluntary closure.

666 p may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, legal requirements or operational practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 666 p Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using 666 p and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 666 p Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 666 p operates under its licensing jurisdiction and complies with all applicable regulatory requirements pertaining to online gaming and financial transactions.
